The counted cross-stitch image shown above is called Aunt Lucy's Place. It reminds my husband of an old homestead where he spent many happy hours as a child. This Eva Rosenstand Winter Bird Feeder was a gift from my husband for Christmas. It came as a kit including fabric, threads, needles and instructions. Stitched on 27ct Linen over 2 threads It was single matted with a green linen mat. The finished size framed is 26" x 21" The picture hangs in our living room over the piano. The company who produces this kit and many other beautiful designs is Danish. It appears from their web site, the kit is also available with Aida fabric.
