CHART CORRECTION: Valdani Roasted Orange should be Rusted Orange.

Remember Me by Blackbird Designs was released 2026 Nashville Needlework Market. It is a 44 page book containing nine small samplers to celebrate family and friends. They can be stitched as individual samplers or as one big piece.

The stitch Count for each one is 101 x 95. Five of the individual samplers are stitched on 36 ct Heartland from Picture This Plus Four of the individual samplers are stitched on 36 ct Parchment from Fiber on a Whim. Patterns use Weeks Dye Works, Classic Colorworks, Gentle Arts, and Valdani threads with DMC conversions included. The back cover photo shows all nine stitched as one piece.

NOTE: One of the designs (Mary Goodson) has the personalization stitched over 1.

NOTES ON FLOSS:

  • The large sampler pictured on the back cover was stitched on 36ct Heartland linen by Picture This Plus and uses GA Burnt Orange instead of the Valdani Rusted Orange and WDW Cinnabar instead of Valdani Nantucket Rose.
  • Valdani Nantucket Rose is heavily variegated.
  • Valdani Rusted Orange - I could not find a Rusted Orange. Checking with Alma on this one.
  • Alma often uses WDW Caper for house roofs and other details that need a soft warm black look. It's very effective for a dark green look too. If you are using DMC instead of overdyed floss for Caper, use DMC 3021 for a soft black look and DMC 934 for the dark green in plants.
